Abstract：Basing its work on the interdisciplinary research method is the principle of media art innovation. This paper is to take five works from the author’s solo exhibitions as example and elaborate on the creative system of contemporary media art. It then analyzes the transformation between the material and the immaterial from the perspective of physics. Next, it further expounds the working method of media art system construction with the interdisciplinary engineering way of thinking, distinguishing the aesthetic concepts between the “visible” and the “invisible”. In the last part, it will explore the creative path of integrating art and science through the innovative way of “low-tech” and iteration and then employ it in in the artistic creation of media art.
